Provide the ability to export and import Custom Macros#6

In ScriptRunner for Confluence Data Center, we have a Configuration Exporter in Built-in Scripts that exports custom macros to a descriptor YAML file to configure script plugins. It would be beneficial if we could implement a similar feature in ScriptRunner for Confluence Cloud to make it easier to migrate custom macros from one instance to another.
